Called Emergency Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order at 1:00 P.M.  Council members in attendance:
Delle Watkins, Linda Hensley, Kim Eaton, Kyle Kittley and Sandy Flores. Krissy Richards did not attend.
 
Item of Business:  The freezing weather has caused the big well motor at the water tower to be out of operation and needs repaired or replaced.

Options:

• Rebuild the motor at cost of $2000.00 and approximate two week delay
• Purchase a new submersible pump with cost of pump and installation by Leonard Drilling cost of $4,000.00. This includes all labor cost and work will begin immediately.

​Kyle Kittley made the motion to purchase the submersible pump and have Leonard Drilling install it at cost of $4000.00. Funds will be taken out of general fund.

Linda Hensley seconded the motion. All council members voted in favor.  Motion approved.

Linda Hensley made the motion to adjourn. Sandy Flores seconded. All voted in favor. Motion approved.
